Electrical Safety Check Report.

If you are a landlord, you will know that after the recent 2021 residential tenancy changes, rental providers must ensure an electrical safety check of all electrical switchboards, wiring and fittings in the premises is conducted every two years by a licensed electrician.

There are two stages to this, one is conducting the check and two is addressing the repairs if any.

Many of my clients get the check from a third party inspector (google: electrical safety check victoria), as they can be cheaper and then forward me the report to fix any mandatory repairs. I then write out the final report.
